Refund & Returns Policy

At Lucky Moon Beauty Bar, we want you to love your nails! Every set is thoughtfully designed to bring a little beauty and magic to your everyday life.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Press-on nails must be brand new, unused, and unworn.

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories originally included.

  • Products must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, application, damage, or alteration.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on press-on nails that have been worn, applied, or used.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at serenity@luckymoonbeautybar.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at serenity@luckymoonbeautybar.com as soon as possible, with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right.
